Manfaat Teknologi Informasi Komunikasi (TIK) AI Dalam Mengembangkan Smart City Di Jakarta

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis manfaat Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengembangan Smart City di Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui desain deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara mendalam peran AI dalam mendukung tata kelola kota yang cerdas, efisien, dan responsif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Unit Pengelola Smart City Jakarta dengan populasi tujuh unit pengelola, dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Landasan hukum yang digunakan meliputi Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, Peraturan Pemerintah No. 80 Tahun 2019 tentang Perdagangan Melalui Sistem Elektronik, serta Permendagri No. 99 Tahun 2018 tentang Pembinaan dan Pengendalian Penyelenggaraan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI dalam sistem pemantauan, pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, dan layanan publik berbasis digital mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta partisipasi masyarakat. Rekomendasi penelitian peningkatan infrastruktur digital, penguatan sumber daya manusia, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor guna mendukung keberlanjutan Smart City berbasis AI di Jakarta.
